Our gin collection is meticulously crafted from the ground up, utilizing only natural ingredients. We refrain from adding any sugars, mouthfeel enhancers, colorings, or flavorings.

Each small batch is distilled in our copper still, employing a blend of infusion techniques, including steam infusions and maceration of fruits and botanicals. This approach ensures that we extract the finest flavor profiles from each ingredient.

Following distillation, we implement a specially designed filtration and finishing system to enhance the smoothness before bottling.

Water is an invaluable resource, and at our distillery, we are committed to preserving it. Our cutting-edge closed-loop cooling system ensures that every drop is conserved, safeguarding nature’s precious gifts for future generations.

Nestled on the beautiful island of Praslin, we are privileged to utilize the purest spring water, sourced directly from the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Vallée de Mai.
